The Centre for Dialogue partners with organisations that share a focus on developing the practical leadership capacities required for the 21st Century.

The Centre for Dialogue at ANU partnered with the Centre for Social Impact at UWA to bring world renowned thought leader, educator, author and facilitator, Dr. Otto Scharmer to Australia for the first time; he is a co-founder of the Presencing Institute and faculty at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.

Dr Scharmer, his senior facilitation team and C4D’s Director, presented Theory U; a ground breaking framework and method for leading profound change. More than 80 participants from Australia and the region joined us in Perth for the inaugural Asia Pacific Presencing Foundation Program (PFP) in July 2018.
